5.2.1.2There can only be one District Manager for each administrative region of a particular Country.

5.2.1.3The period that links the DM to its functions is 3 (three) months and competecomigo dafter the end of that time period. The DM has the right to request renewal for periods of 3 (three) months. After completing this period, the status of District Manager is free to be occupied by any user-collaborator who is interested and respects the rules described in the previous point (5.1 and derivatives).

The functions of the District Managers are divided into four (4) major areas (5.2.1.4-7):

5.2.1.4Sending a course to be carried out in the district where the DM is a manager. The submission must contain a * .gpx file (path to be opened in Google Earth / MAPS application or GPS system), at least 4 (four) photographs taken at different points along the route and, if possible, sharing through similar service to the Dropbox of a video file. Alternatively, disclosure to competecomigo through a Youtube channel.

5.2.1.5Disclosure of competecomigo: competecomigo accepts establishment of economic links to District managers who make themselves available to disseminate the company through static or dynamic advertising. On the basis of a relationship of trust with stakeholders, competecomigo will pay € 10 per hour up to a maximum of € 100 per month for static advertising. To this end, the District Manager commits to filming the period of the disclosure, requiring the condition of movement outside the exposure. Only cars parked on busy streets and avenues are eligible. Dynamic advertising is paid at € 15 per hour, up to a maximum of € 150 per month. In this case only cars that are in motion and on busy roads are eligible. The images are uploaded via Internet sharing or sent to the official address of competecomigo. Any other advertising situation not indicated in theseTerms and Conditions will be considered invalid without the right to any compensation or payment for the service performed.

5.2.1.6Call and Captivate Users to participate in the events of administrative region where this one is DM where the National and International Free Modes are not included. After being accepted for competecomigo, the hierarchical figure DM has 3 (three) months "to show what is worth". In fact, having a percentage of the total involved in the administrative region defined in point 5.2.2, the more users who go through any event in the district where it is DM, the more it earns.

5.2.1.7All actions from the creation of pages on facebook, twitter, description of events in instagram, inclusion in forums of publicity to competecomigo will be strongly recognized by the administration and will enable the CM to move to the upper level of Hierarchy (Country Manager, CM).

5.2.1.8 Rise in the hierarchy of competecomigo: It should be mentioned that, if the DM meets the strategic criteria of competecomigo, namely, with regard to personalized disclosure by administrative region, this DM will be considered to climb the hierarchy of competecomigo. PTo do this, you must make the request through the website to become a Country Manager (CM) where the latter is registered.

5.2.2 Paying the District Manager: The District Manager (DM) receives a variable percentage between 7.5% and 10% of the total involved in the DM district. This percentage varies as follows:

5.2.2.1 In the case of routes send by the Administration of competecomigo or from the District Manager to competecomigo via email, that is, the route was not sent by a User-collaborator and there is a different CM from the administration, then the DM receives 7.5% of the total involved in the administrative region.

5.2.2.2 In the same situation described in 5.2.2.1 but now there is no Country Manager other than competecomigo, then DM receives 10% of the total involved in this administrative region.

5.2.2.3 In case the route was sent by a User-employee, the DM receives 7.5% of the total involved in this route.

5.3Country Manager (CM):

5.3.1Rights and obligations of a Country Manager:

5.3.1.1Sections 4.1 to 4.1.4 are equally valid for Country Managers. A Country Manager can also use the digital platform www.competecomigo.com or the mobile application with the same name to participate in the various events with the same rights and obligations exposed in these Terms and Conditions that for a User-cyclist or User-Collaborator or District Manager.

5.3.1.2There can only be one Country Manager for each Country.

5.3.1.3The period that links the CM to its functions is 3 (three) months and competecomigo can let go after expiry of that time period. The CM has the right to request renewal for periods of 3 (three) months. After completing this period, the status of Country Manager is free to be occupied by any District Manager who is interested and respects the rules described in the previous point (5.2 and derivatives).

The functions of Country Managers are divided into four (4) major areas (5.3.1.4-7):

5.3.1.4Sending a course to be carried out in all the administrative regions where the CM is manager. The submission must contain a * .gpx file (path to be opened in Google Earth / MAPS application or GPS system), at least 20 (twenty) photographs taken at different points along the route and, if possible, sharing through similar service to the Dropbox of a video file. Alternatively, disclosure to competecomigo through a Youtube channel.

5.3.1.5Disclosure of competecomigo: competecomigo aestablishment of economic links to Country Managers who make themselves available to disseminate the company through static or dynamic advertising. On the basis of a relationship of trust with stakeholders, competecomigo will pay € 20 per hour up to a maximum of € 200 per month for static advertising. To this end, the Country Manager commits to filming the period of the disclosure, requiring the condition of movement outside the exposure. Only cars parked on busy streets and avenues are eligible. Dynamic advertising is paid at € 30 per hour, up to a maximum of € 300 per month. In this case only cars that are in motion and on busy roads are eligible. The images are uploaded via Internet sharing or sent to the official address of competecomigo. Any other advertising situation not indicated in these Terms and Conditions will be considered invalid without the right to any compensation or payment for the service performed.

5.3.1.6Call and Captivate Users to participate in the events of the Country that includes the National Free Mode where this one is CM but not the International Free Mode. After being accepted for competecomigo, the hierarchical figure CM has 3 (three) months "to show what is worth". In fact, having a percentage of the total involved in the administrative region defined in point 5.3.2, the more users who go through any event in the district where it is DM and in the National Free Mode where managed by this Country Manager, the more it earns.

5.3.1.7All actions from the creation of pages in facebook, maintenance of the official page of facebook of the company, creation of ads in facebook, twitter, description of events in instagram, inclusion in forums of publicity to competecomigo, discussion with the management of new ideas, new campaigns even new games, but also the possibility to change the website according to the legitimate expectations of the Country Manager and to create a single block to manage with its own subdomain will be strongly recognized by the administration ofcompetecomigo.

5.3.1.8 There is no hierarchical position superior to that of the Country Manager. However, exceptions, guarantees, new inclusions, new rights and effective permanence in the company will be discussed on a case-by-case basis with the Country Managers.

5.3.2 Paying CM: The Country Manager (DM) receives a variable percentage between 5% and 12.5% of the total involved in the whole Country where it is CM. This percentage varies as follows::

5.3.2.1 In the case of routes competecomigo or from the District Manager to competecomigo via e-mail, that is, the route was not sent by a User-employee and there is a different CM from the administration, then this CM receives 12.5% of the total involved in the Country where it is Country Manager in the Route Mode events and Free National.

5.3.2.2 In case the course has been sent by a User-employee, the CM receives 5% of the total involved in the Country where it is Country Manager in the National Mode and Free Mode events.

6. Real time Vs. Normalized time.

The aim of this section is to find the best (fairer) way of comparing the times of the timed training of the various Users. Of course it would be very unfair if the comparison were made without using as a variable the weight of the various bicycles. Several studies indicate that for every 1 kg removed from the bicycle, the rider earns 3 (three) minutes per km of climb. The form found, although simple, intends to compare the times obtained by the different Users using not the real time (tr), ie the time measured, but a time that is normalized with the weights of the heavier bicycle and of the respective User (tnorm). That is, tnorm, i = tr, i * Mmax / Mi, where Mmax corresponds to the highest weight of the bicycle that participated in a particular event, and Mi corresponds to the weight of the bicycle of User i. The feasibility of this expression is shown below:

6.1Let F, Fa, P, and RN on the inclined plane figure represented below are the vectors of the external force, frictional force, weight and normal reaction of the block on the plane.

Figure 1: Inclined plane where an external force (F) is applied to the mass block M (representing the bicycle). The friction force (Fa), the body weight (P) and the normal reaction of the body of mass M on the inclined plane are counted. The axis system used is also shown to illustrate the direction of movement.

In the y-axis, it is found that the weight component equals the normal reaction because, according to the axis system shown, there is no movement in that direction. For the xx axis, we have vectorially, according to Newton's 2nd Law of Motion,

  • F+Fa+P=M*a(1)

On the other hand, in scalar writting:

  • F-Fa-Px=M*a(2)

Fa can be calculated from the expression μ * Rn where μ is the coefficient of static (or dynamic) friction. The y component of the weight equals the normal reaction because there is no motion in this direction and no more forces act along this direction, so Rn≡Py = M * g * cos (α). M * g is the weight definition of a body. As a rule, the coefficient of dynamic friction is less than the coefficient of static friction and these depend on the material where the mass is supported and all the microscopic characteristics that can affect the movement of the body. Px is the x-axis component of the weight, that is, M * g * sin (α) where α is the angle of the horizontal plane and the direction of motion. Thus, Eq. (2) becomes:

  • F-µ*M*g*cos(α)-M*g*sin(α)=M*a(3)

Simplifiying,

  • F=M*[a+g*(µ*cos(α)+sin(α)](4)

Transforming µ*cos(α)-sin(α) in b,

  • F=M*[a+g*b](5)

In order to compare the times (from the acceleration expressed in Eq. Above) for the same forces, we obtain:

  • MA*[aA+g*b] <=> MB*[aB+g*b](6)

Although mathematically the term g * b can not be eliminated it contributes in the same way on both sides of the previous Eq. Thus, at the limit, if g * b tended to zero, a simple relationship would be obtained between the masses of two bodies (two bicycles) and their acceleration (Eq. 7).

  • MA*aA <=> MB*aB(7)

It is immediately observed from Eq. 7 that the larger the mass of a bicycle the smaller its acceleration if the applied force is the same. Thus, if the mass of bicycle A is twice the mass of bicycle B, the acceleration of bicycle A will have to be half the acceleration of bicycle B in order for the ratio expressed in Eq. 7 to be valid. Assuming a constant decrease in velocity, as the mean acceleration in this situation is given by the ratio between the velocity variations and final and initial time, then Eq. 7 becomes:

  • MA*(vA,f-vA,i)/(tA,f-tA,f) <=> MB*(vB,f-vB,i)/(tB,f-tB,f)(8)

where VA (B) i, f and tA (B) i, f are the initial and final velocities of A and B respectively.

If the speed difference of bicycles A and B is the same, then the time of A must necessarily be twice the time of B for the equality of Eq. 8 to remain valid. In this way, if A represents the heaviest bicycle and B is the bicycle of another cyclist, the time that the cyclist of A takes to climb an incline ramp α will be double the time that cyclist B takes the same route . Disregarding the friction and other forces external to the cyclist system + inclined plane as is the case of the wind force, this conclusion is equally valid in the descent of inclined planes and even in a straight line.

The term "g * b" is now scribed above: returning to Eq. 4 and transforming the acceleration (a) into Δv / Δt where Δv and Δt are the variation of velocity and time and solving in order t (assuming that the initial time is null), results in:

  • t=Δv/(F/M - g*(sin(α) + µ*cos(α))) (9 a)

for going up and:

  • t=Δv/(F/M - g*(µ*cos(α)- sin(α))) (9 b)

for cycling down. Now consider a generic route shown in Figure 2 (a). This course was constructed using random increments in the position and elevation of consecutive points using a normal distribution.

Figure 2: a) Elevation as a function of distance traveled. It is a simulated route using the functions of random number creation with a normal distribution. b) Time spent by each section of an event of ~ 32 km.

Regarding the input data of Eqs. 9, the total times for bicycles with the masses 9 kg, 12 kg, 15 kg and 18 kg are compared. In addition, the lower value of the coefficient of static (est.) And dynamic (din.) Friction of the rubber over the asphalt is used, μest = 0.85 and μcin = 0.67. The reason is that the total start-up time is considered to be much less than the total time in motion mode, an applied force of 1000 N, a running speed of 30 km / h, that is, 8.3 (3) m / sec = 9.81 m / s2.

Figure 2 b) shows the simulated times taking into account Eqs. 9 a) and b) in each of the sections shown in figure 2 a). In order to obtain these times, the angle α between consecutive points in the several sections was determined. The times of 3132.2 seconds, 4247.0 seconds, 5406.0 seconds and 6615.3 seconds were obtained for the bikes with the weights of 9 kg, 12 kg, 15 kg and 18 kg, respectively. From these times spent, it is verified that this magnitude is directly proportional to the weight of the bicycle. The quotients between the sum of the times of the whole cycle of the heaviest bicycle (18 kg) with the rest are 2,112 (for the 9 kg bicycle), 1,558 (for the 12 kg bicycle) and 1,224 (for the 15 kg bicycle) . In order to compare the times of the various User-cyclists in a particular event the previous demonstration suggests that the ratio between the actual times of the respective User-cyclist of the heaviest bicycle be used. However, in this way the normalized time of each User-cyclist could only be presented at the end of each event since there is always the possibility of a new registration in competecomigo.com or the mobile application with the same name during the course of the event. In this way, it was decided to increase the weight of the heavier bicycle. A weight of 22 kg is therefore used. In case a User-cyclist with a bicycle weighing more than 22 kg has registered and proven, relevant information will be provided on the website competecomigo.com.
